Shipping Charges

OnesMore provides FREE shipping on every order above ₹500. A basic shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For orders under ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹90 will be levied per order.

For any payment mode that you have selected (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery), please do NOT make any additional payment beyond what is mentioned on your invoice to the courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges, including any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Timelines

Depending on where your delivery address is, we generally deliver orders within 2–6 working days from the date of purchase.

In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility. For example, shipments to certain parts of Northeast India may take longer due to transportation connectivity variances.

Shipping Coverage

OnesMore currently delivers products only within India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however, please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

Our courier partners do not deliver to certain PIN codes. We may also face issues in processing COD orders in certain locations.

In either of these scenarios, our customer care team will contact you. You may need to provide an alternate delivery address or change your payment mode to prepaid, as applicable. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for this limitation.

Order Processing

Prepaid Orders

After your payment is confirmed, our operations team ensures that your order is packed and shipped as early as possible.

• If your order is placed before 12:00 PM on a working day, in 99% of cases it is packed and shipped on the same day.

• If your order is placed after 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Like most of us, our warehouse staff also has weekly offs, national holidays, and festival holidays. Rest assured, they will resume operations on the next working day to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Once you place a COD order on our website, you will receive an email, SMS, or phone call requesting order confirmation. Please confirm your order so that we can process and dispatch it. Once your order is confirmed, our operations team will begin processing it as outlined above.
